1 Definitions

For the purposes of these Terms & Conditions, the following definitions shall apply:

2 Acceptance of Terms

fb011 reserves the right to refuse registration or suspend any account where eligibility requirements are not met or cannot be verified to fb011's satisfaction.

4 Account Registration

4.1 Registration Process

To access the full features of the fb011 platform, you must complete the registration process by providing accurate, current, and complete information as requested. You agree to maintain and promptly update your account information to keep it accurate and complete at all times.

4.2 One Account Policy

Each individual is permitted to hold only one registered account on fb011. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether under the same or different names, email addresses, or payment methods — is strictly prohibited. fb011 employs technical and manual measures to detect duplicate accounts. Where duplicate accounts are identified, fb011 reserves the right to close all associated accounts and forfeit any balances held therein.

4.3 Account Security

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your fb011 login credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. fb011 will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from unauthorized access to your account resulting from your failure to keep your credentials secure.

5 Deposits & Withdrawals

5.1 Accepted Payment Methods

fb011 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following approved payment methods: GCash, PayMaya, BDO Online Banking, BPI Online Banking, and Metrobank Online. fb011 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove accepted payment methods at any time without prior notice.

5.2 Minimum Deposit

The minimum deposit amount on fb011 is ₱100. Deposits below this threshold will not be processed. There is no maximum deposit limit, though fb011 reserves the right to impose deposit limits on individual accounts at its discretion.

5.3 Withdrawal Conditions

Withdrawals will only be processed to the same payment method used to make the original deposit. fb011 reserves the right to request KYC documentation before processing any withdrawal. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 1–3 business days, subject to verification requirements.

5.4 Currency

All transactions on fb011 are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP / ₱). fb011 is not responsible for any currency conversion fees or exchange rate differences that may be applied by your payment provider.

6 Bonuses & Promotions

fb011 offers various bonuses and promotional offers to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the following general conditions, as well as any specific terms communicated at the time the bonus is offered:

• Bonuses are available to eligible registered players only. fb011 reserves the right to determine eligibility at its sole discretion.
• Each bonus offer may only be claimed once per player, per household, per device, and per IP address, unless otherwise stated.

7 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the fb011 platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false, inaccurate, or misleading information during registration or at any other time.
• Registering or using an account on behalf of another person without their explicit consent.

8 Intellectual Property

12 Termination

In the event of account termination for cause, fb011 reserves the right to forfeit any balance held in the account, including both real-money funds and bonus funds, where such forfeiture is warranted by the nature of the breach.

12.2 Termination by the Player

You may close your fb011 account at any time by contacting the fb011 support team. Upon closure, any remaining real-money balance (net of any applicable bonus funds that have not met wagering requirements) will be returned to you via your registered payment method, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements.

13 Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines.
